I experienced receiving an INC (Incomplete) grade for the first time. To resolve it, we first secured a Completion Form and then went to the faculty office to speak with our instructor.
We asked our Professor why I received an INC, and I also inquired about what requirement I was missing. He told us that the issue was with my final project. However, we explained that our group had already submitted it, so we provided our names, group details, the points we received, and our final project grade as proof.
Sir said he would try to check and correct the record. I sincerely hope my INC will be resolved soon since enrollment for our third year is approaching.
This experience taught me that even if you encounter setbacks like an INC, you should never lose hope. As long as you communicate properly and complete the necessary requirements, every problem can be resolved.
